At Buckeye, we see Operational Excellence as achieving our business objectives without harming people, property, the environment, our customers’ products, or the Company’s reputation. To encourage all employees to abide by our high standards, we have the Operational Excellence Awards Program, which recognizes Asset Teams who achieve stringent safety and operational criteria, including the elimination of personal injuries, vehicle accidents, operational incidents, and higher consequence releases. On May 3, 2022, the Operational Excellence Team hosted over 130 Buckeye Operations Leaders and Program Owners at our annual OE Summit to celebrate Operational Excellence at Buckeye, share experiences, and learn from peers.
