Buckeye Bahamas Hub (BBH) donated $13,000 to the Grand Bahama Children’s Home (GBCH) in January 2023 as part of their Sponsor-a-Child initiative, which supports the living expenses of one child in the home for a year.
BBH’s donation will support 24 children under the age of 14 who are currently residing at the home. The initiative provides aid for abandoned, abused, and neglected children by covering the costs of essential needs, including housing, food, clothing, education, and therapy.
GBCH’s Executive Director expressed gratitude for BBH’s commitment to partnering with the home to provide care for the children.
